Tracy is the founder and principal of PMA. Tracy brings decades of real world experience coupled with a legal education to the art of handling ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution) matters.  Tracy also brings his breath of knowledge and expertise as a business owner, law school graduate, and military experience with the United States Marine Corps, to assist him with understanding of the various sides of the issue(s) to better facilitate resolution of PMA’s clients claim matters.
